New Zealand produces both Perigord black truffles and Bianchetto white truffles. Both are in season between mid-May and August (the Northern Hemisphere equivalent is December to February). Truffles are sold by weight and grade, and only fresh product is marketed. Please contact the growers listed below to discuss your requirements.
Please note that production of truffles in New Zealand remains limited, and growers are currently unable to satisfy domestic demand.
